A few quick answers

How do I get access to Intellio?+
Intellio isn't self-signup — accounts are created and issued by your school. If you're a student, parent, teacher, or admin who hasn't received login details, please contact your school's administration office directly, or email us and we'll help route your request.
I forgot my password. What do I do?+
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset it yourself. If that doesn't work, email support@intelliohub.com with your account email and school name and we'll help you regain access.
How is my (or my child's) data protected?+
Every account is role-scoped — parents only see their own child, teachers only see their own classes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a problem or something inappropriate?+
Inside the app, use "Report to compliance" from any chat's menu, or the report option on a Yard post — these go straight to your school's admin team. For anything else, or account/technical issues, email support@intelliohub.com directly.
How do I delete my account?+
You can ask for your Intellio account to be deleted in either of two ways:

In the app: open Settings and tap Delete My Account.
Without the app: email support@intelliohub.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Intellio account" and the name of your school.

Your school's administrator reviews the request. Unless they need to keep the account and deny the request, it is completed automatically 30 days after you ask. Once it is done, you can no longer sign in, and your name, email address, phone number and profile photo are removed. Records that belong to the school, such as marks, attendance and report cards, are kept by the school as its own records. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

School-specific questionsTimetables, marks, attendance records, or fees are managed by your school. Your school's admin office is usually the fastest route for these.
